Out of the blox

This blog space is a new addition to Sanglap: Journal of Literary and Cultural Inquiry’s virtual research platforms. It aims to provide researchers and non-academic thinkers an opportunity to publish conversational accounts of new concepts and ideas which will benefit from being shared with an invested academic community. We encourage contributors to experiment with style and content. We are looking to publish vignettes, short reviews of events and exhibitions, reflective blogs on academic conferences and seminars, opinion pieces and descriptive accounts of research and pedagogic experience. We are particularly interested in publishing reflective and analytical pieces on contemporary topical issues.

The blog pieces should be within 1000-1500 words. We would like these blogs to be informal in style but if citation is necessary, contributors are expected to follow the standard citation guidelines on the journal’s webpage.
